Canner's Swap & Celebration at the Haven!
A celebration for all our community canners!
Never been to a swap before? Neither have we -- but after reading this blog, we decided we simply HAD to hold one! We think this could be the start of something fun!

•Simply bring some of your best home-canned goods from 2011, and swap them, jar for jar, with your canning neighbors.

•Remember, please, to label everything with your name, date, and contents.

•You’ll probably be asked for recipes - please bring copies to share with the group.

•We’ll have a sampling table set up, and ask that you bring at least one jar for the group to try before the swap begins. We’ll supply bread & crackers for sampling.

•Have something special you’d like to enter in our Blue Ribbon contest? Our distinguished panel of judges will award $50 in market tokens to the grand prize winner!
